Add Alt Text to Images in Google Docs

A screencast of the following steps in Google Docs:

Insert image.
Right-click the image and select Alt Text to open the Image Options pane.
Enter alt text in the Description text box provided.
Close the Image Options pane.

Note: Google Docs does not have an option to mark images as decorative as of the time of this recording.
