Faculty to Faculty is a video series created as a collaboration between The Schreyer Institute for Teaching Excellence and Penn State faculty. In these short videos, we asked faculty to share their pedagogical and/or technical strategies and lessons learned from transitioning to flexible instructional modes in accordance with Penn State's COVID-19 response. In this video, associate teaching professor of Chemistry, Tracy Halmi highlights the importance of encouraging and connecting with students.
