Back to basics reflection on our core principles and broader professional goals and the value of these reflective “real life” practices for our students and ourselves. The session examines several insightful and forward-looking exercises that faculty have used with their students and concludes with a discussion and demonstration of mindfulness in the classroom and beyond.
