Research In Action_Marty Sliwinski Center for Healthy Aging

As scientific discoveries rapidly accumulate, we are learning more about the importance of the things we do, what we eat, how we socialize, and even where we live for preventing loss of cognitive function. In this program, Marty Sliwinski, Gregory H. Wolf Professor in Healthy Aging and Human Development and director of the Center for Healthy Aging, will share the “state of the science” and update us on research from Penn State’s Center for Healthy Aging that promises to offer new insights into things we can do, as individuals and as a society, to maintain a healthy brain and enhance the quality of life as we age.
