Faculty to Faculty: Tried & True Teaching Strategies [Nursing]

Faculty to Faculty is a video series created as a collaboration between The Schreyer Institute for Teaching Excellence and Penn State faculty. In these short videos, we asked faculty to share their pedagogical and/or technical strategies and lessons learned from transitioning to flexible instructional modes in accordance with Penn State's COVID-19 response.
In this video, Michael M. Evans, an associate teaching professor of Nursing, shares some of the COVID-19 restrictions which directly affected his teaching environment and how he was able to work with them during the remote teaching transition. He demos a simulation tool that he used to teach health assessment and how he plans to implement it in his future teaching.
