Join Craig Newschaffer, Raymond E. and Erin Stuart Schultz Dean of Penn State's College of Health and Human Development, for coffee and conversation with Lisa Davis, director of the Pennsylvania Office of Rural Health (PORH) and outreach associate professor of health policy and administration.  As one of 50 state offices of rural health in the nation, PORH is dedicated to ensuring access to high quality health care services in rural areas and increasing the health status of rural Pennsylvanians.  The office’s diverse and complementary staff provides expertise in the areas of rural health, agricultural safety and health, oral health, quality improvement, health care transformation, other issues impacting the health of rural residents. You’ll learn about the office’s impact in rural communities in the state and their activities across the nation.  PORH recently received the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health Award of Excellence.
