This oral history is part of the International Student Oral History Collection. This collection is the result of a project that explores and documents international students’ many paths to Penn State; their experiences in various local and campus communities; the potentially different experiences of undergraduate and graduate students (who often come with families); and the prospects for their paths after graduation from Penn State. The project also seeks to understand international students’ levels of engagement and feelings of “place” within the overarching Penn State community.
