Re-entry is a process requiring intentional equipping and planning for the well-being of all involved. Using empirically supported re-entry transition models, in this session we will look back at where we as a community have been and assess the terrain ahead. Together we will take an inventory of the skills and strategies we have gathered over the past year; this self-inventory will help us to cultivate the necessary resources for traversing the road ahead with our colleagues and students. We will leave the session with tools to both use and share with colleagues and students as we navigate our re-entry in an informed way that enhances academic success and well-being for all.
