Faculty to Faculty: What Works in Remote Teaching?[Mathematics]

Faculty to Faculty is a video series created as a collaboration between The Schreyer Institute for Teaching Excellence and Penn State faculty. In these short videos, we asked faculty to share their pedagogical strategies and lessons learned from transitioning to remote teaching in accordance with Penn State's COVID-19 response.

In this video, Kuei-Nuan Lin, an Assistant Professor at Penn State, talks about her experience with teaching Mathematics through Zoom. She shares a few technical hacks that she adopted, along with web tools that she used. Professor Lin's primary research focuses on commutative algebra and its connection to algebraic geometry and combinatorics.
