Staff Advisory Council (SAC) Skill Share: We're All Just Complicated Plants

This workshop, led by Sarah Bender, focused on understanding how change of season and time of year can impact our mood and well-being. Sarah shared information on understanding winter blues and Seasonal Affective Disorder, including what is related to these experiences (environmental, physiological, stressor, etc.). Participants learned strategies on how to manage these experiences and challenges.
